Strength training is a big part of my life, as I believe in the power of fitness to build resilience and maintain balance. When I’m not working out, I love immersing myself in nature. There’s something about the outdoors that helps me recharge and reflect. I’ve always been an avid reader and writer, and I enjoy exploring new ideas and expressing my thoughts through writing. But above all, spending time with my husband is what brings me the most joy. I cherish the moments we share and the connection we’ve built together. I aim to live with purpose, gratitude, and a constant desire to grow—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
